Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches
For anyone who’s feeling a little less than romantic thanks to deadlines, missed waxing appointments, and a backlog of last week's laundry – this one is for you. This is the perfect cheat recipe for the time poor lovers who are still hoping to make something sinfully delicious for a cheeky midnight dessert this Valentines Day.
You will need: 1 tub of simple Vanilla Ice Cream One packet of Arnotts Chocolate Ripple biscuits
1. Firstly, prepare some room in the freezer that will allow for the cookies to sit flat on a plate.
2. Simply spoon a generous tablespoon of vanilla icecream between two Arnotts Chocolate Ripple cookies, and lightly press to create a sandwich effect. Repeat until you have made your desired amount.
If you have a piping bag and large tip, you can also pipe the ice cream between the cookies – but if you’re short on time, the spoon does the trick!
3. Allow the ice cream sandwiches to set in the freezer.
It's that easy.
You know what's not easy? Photo shooting ice cream....that shit melts fast.
