Everybody knows how I feel about using almond milk in my smoothies and breakfast dishes. I absolutely love the stuff and since working in the U.S,  I have it on the daily. This week, I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful event hosted by the good folks at Almond Breeze at The Grounds of Alexandria. After a crazy successful launch into the Australian Market, I was excited to hear about some exciting new things coming from the brand, just in time for the turn of the season. If you're a fan of Almond breeze, then you'll love the new Unsweetened Almond Coconut flavour. Tastes just like summer was captured and bottled, especially for the smoothie lover. 

Attendees were delighted to watch and learn from the talented Dan Churchill who demonstrated how to make a delicious blueberry and banana bowl, inspired by the traditional acai version. Lucky for us, Dan was generous enough to share his recipe online.
