A year of the sweet life
It was this time last year that the rebranded version of Project Sweet Stuff went live. Looking back, I can't help but feel grateful, and slightly overwhelmed. I clearly remember saying this to the girls - "look even if it falls flat on its sweet little face, at least we'll have a journal that chronicles what we cook, eat and experience over a year, right?!"
And maybe we didn't fall flat on our face, not even close.
This is just a quick little post to say thank you. For the experiences, the support, for actually cooking our recipes, and for being the inspiration behind the hours of research and planning. Spending the past seven weeks away from home made me realise that this past year could have been one of the best of my life, and I'm so looking forward to doing it all again.
Now let's celebrate with donuts. We deserve one... or three.
